‘CRP’ stands for Central Reverse Polarity. Unlike standard magnets, Bioflow’s Central Reverse Polarity magnet has three poles. When blood passes under this multi-directional field, cells experience an agitating effect. Central Reverse Polarity technology is patented to Bioflow and no similar method exists.
The relay magnet is an additional magnet that is smaller than the main magnet. It is placed in the strap of the Explorer, Executive, Windsor Leather and Elite to increase the overall depth of magnetic field – providing an extra ‘boost’ of magnetic therapy.
All Bioflow products (excluding the Classic) measure in excess of 2000 gauss on the main magnet module. The Classic measures in excess of 1750 gauss.
More than one magnet does not mean that the gauss is multiplied (as many other sellers imply). The gauss remains the same as it is spread over a wider area.
As long as our water care guidance is followed (see the next question), then the strength of our Bioflow magnets are guaranteed for life.
We offer a 6 month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship on our silicone sport wristbands and a 12 month guarantee on all other products.
Our silicone sport wristbands are waterproof.
All other Bioflow products are water resistant and will withstand being out in the rain or washing your hands. They are not suitable for any kind of prolonged water exposure or submersion (e.g. showering, bathing or swimming).
Bioflow products are alternative or complimentary health products and use magnetic therapy, which is verified as ‘no health risk’ by the World Health Organisation.
Because of the increasing popularity of complementary and alternative medicine, the medical profession is constantly learning more about these non-conventional approaches.
When doctors use the term ‘alternative medicine’ they are referring to practices not usually used in conventional Western medicine. When an alternative medicine therapy is used in addition to (not instead of) conventional medicine, it’s called complementary.

Bioflow bracelets and wristbands are best worn comfortably around the wrist. There is no need for it to fit tightly around the wrist or to touch the skin for the wearer to benefit from the magnet technology.
Measure around your wrist using a tape measure or print out our sizing guide which you can find on our Wear & Care page. If you are between sizes we recommend that you go up a size. For example, if your wrist measures 18cm then you might want to choose a Medium Sport wristband.
Bioflow wristbands and bracelets can be worn with the magnet module on top or underneath the wrist.

The base metal used in Bioflow bracelets and wristbands may contain trace elements of nickel. It is therefore possible that a small number of people who are hypersensitive may suffer a reaction.
